Job Description

• Placing outgoing calls to patients, conducting surveys and submitting them.
• Understanding, support, enforcement and compliance with all company policies, procedures and standards of business ethics and conduct.
• Communicating with supervisors.

Requirements

• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written (preferably a Languages/Philology student, or previous work/study/Erasmus experience in
English or living in a English-speaking country).
• Excellent phone interviewing manners.
• Experience of working to tight deadlines.
• Good computer operating skills.
• Flexibility regarding work time (position includes working from 3 PM to 10 PM).
