Job Description
This role is specifically responsible for the payroll accounting and processing of invoices as well as supporting the day-to-day tasks of the Senior Finance Manager.
Responsibilities:
- To run monthly payroll, update new hires and terminations in payroll system;
- To process purchase invoices and related documentation in an efficient manner;
- To assist in ensuring the completeness and accuracy of supplier accounts;
- To ensure controls and processes in place are adhered to and highlight where improvements can be made;
- To constantly evolve and improve the Group Finance function.
Requirements
- Qualified in Finance & Accounting;
- 1-3 years relevant accounting and payroll experience;
- Experience of Oracle and payroll system Bonus (desirable);
- Fluent in English and Lithuanian (oral and written);
- Good communication skills and problem solving skills;
- Ability to prioritize and work to required deadlines and timescales;
- Ability to work effectively independently as well as part of a team.
