Right now, we are looking for a People Consultant to work in our team in Vilnius, Lithuania.

Your next Opportunity?

Are you an analytic wizard and people topics expert?

This could be your next opportunity if you are wide generalist on people topics, especially on development and employment life cycle, in Lithuania. You have been working with complex analysis before and are able and interested to create analysis and suggestions based on wide materials. We also need you to have operational role in creating and executing local development programs, together with colleagues. Knowledge and ability to support in various employment lifecycle topics is needed in your daily work. You would also be working with our performance management model, YouFirst and different yearly processes related to that area. Our work includes both global and local topics for different areas, depending on business needs.

As we have a flexible and agile approach within our team, you will have a great opportunity to develop, contribute and work with also other areas within HR. Interest for reward area is an advantage.

Your new team

If you decide to take upon this challenge, you would be part of one of the People Consulting teams, with responsibility of people topics in Nordics and Baltics. The team is high qualified professionals and specialists within different HR areas and dedicated to exceeding expectations. This is shown in our team’s mission: “We enable Telia business to succeed by providing solutions to People topics”. We have a really varied team, both in sense of people and with the Areas of expertise we work with. I’m super proud of our team and know, that they will do everything to onboard our new team member.

The People Consulting teams are responsible for delivering consultative HR support both in ad hoc and planned projects. What we deliver is based on our annual HR processes and other business priority initiatives and requests. We believe in self leadership for all our employees.

Your experience:

• Proven experience of working with analyzing data and suggestions based on that
• History on employment lifecycle topics in Lithuania and ability to support on these
• Experience on planning and delivering development programs, for managers or employees
• Interest on Compensation & Benefits and motivation to develop there
• Higher education in related area and fluent English
• Experience from other parts of HR is seen as a plus
• Experience from working in an international environment
• Knowledge on Workday is an advantage

Working in this position you will receive a base salary starting 1900 – 2900 Eur (gross) plus annual bonuses depending on your competencies and your and Telia results. Besides for each employee Telia has additional employee benefits package which includes:
