About Our Client

Our client is an international logistics and technology-driven company providing parcel delivery, postal and e-commerce logistics services across the Baltic region.

The company is currently strengthening and standardising its People Operations processes and is looking for a proactive HR professional who can bring structure, consistency and practical improvements to everyday work.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience in HR administration, People Operations or a similar role;
  • Good knowledge of onboarding, offboarding and employment documentation;
  • Familiarity with Lithuanian employment law;
  • Understanding of payroll and compensation calculations;
  • Experience working with HR systems and employee data;
  • Strong attention to detail and a structured way of working;
  • A proactive and responsible attitude;
  • Clear, diplomatic and solution-focused communication;
  • Excellent Lithuanian and English language skills.

    Experience in a technology company, start-up or fast-changing organisation would be an advantage. Interest in AI tools, automation and process improvement would also be valuable.

Your Role

As a People Operations Specialist, you will manage day-to-day HR administration and support managers and employees throughout the employee lifecycle.

You will also help ensure that HR processes are followed consistently, even when existing ways of working need to change. The role requires confidence, diplomacy and a positive approach when introducing clearer procedures.

What You Will Do

  • Manage employee onboarding, offboarding and other employee lifecycle processes;
  • Prepare and maintain employment documents and employee records;
  • Update HR and payroll systems with accurate employee information;
  • Prepare detailed payroll data for accounting or payroll partners;
  • Support compensation and payroll-related calculations;
  • Advise managers and employees on practical HR matters;
  • Ensure processes comply with Lithuanian employment law and internal procedures;
  • Improve and standardise HR processes;
  • Identify opportunities to simplify or automate repetitive tasks;
  • Cooperate with People team colleagues across the Baltic countries.
