In all HR team in Telia we have 30 colleagues. Part of it is Compensation and Benefits area, where we are working on various projects in Lithuania and Group level. Join and help us #create the best place to work for Telia Employees!

What will you do?
• You will analyse various benefit programs and help us to have a best package for our Employees;
• You will help us with communication in all possible areas - from short messages or internal website, to big presenatations for Management Team;
• You will work with Employee related data to help us make data based decisions;
• You will also help us to update Employee Recognition Program;
• We want to get you involved into interesting projects within all Telia Company countries.
