Job Description

We are looking for a new colleague to support remotely Festo managers (located in Germany). You will be responsible for implementation of organizational and administrative tasks in the professional and timely manner and by doing so, ensure that managers are supported in the most effective way. The essence of your role will be daily communication and collaboration with various colleagues across the company. The position presents a unique opportunity to gain international experience, acquire new skills and competencies while working in dynamic and professional environment.

Your daily workday will look like:

  • Administration of Outlook account
  • Organization of meetings, workshops and events
  • Arrangement of business trips
  • Support with preparation of presentations, documents and reports
  • Administration of IT systems, platforms and tools
  • Other administrative duties upon demand

Requirements

  • Fluent in English (C1)
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Attention to detail and quality
  • Reliable and professional
  • Motivated to learn
