Job Description
We are looking for a candidate to fill in the position of the Personal Assistant to the CEO and Honorary Consul of the Republic of Lithuania in Amman, Jordan.
Main responsibilities:
- Managing personal Agenda of the CEO, planning business and personal trips, arranging meetings, conference calls, taking notes and preparing minutes of meetings;
- Monitoring email inflow and outflow, and manage self-correspondence;
- Monitoring inflow and outflow of calls and meetings;
- Take dictation, notes, type and prepare emails, official letters, memos, contracts and different types of correspondence;
- Business trips (~4 per year).
Requirements
- Fluent English, French and Lithuanian;
- Smart, creative, detail oriented, dedicated and thorough;
- Proficient in MS-Office and web-based applications;
- Flexible, with capability to travel, manage the workload and accompany CEO on necessary travel abroad to ensure execution of meetings and business intervals.
