Job Description
- Works independently and is responsible for solving tasks related to administrative and secretarial duties
- Optimizes the unit’s administrative processes
Responsibilities:
- Undertake various administrative duties typical for a development area
- Undertake various budgetary duties as well as verifications and follow-up
- Arrange and attend various meetings and seminars
- Maintain and develop the unit’s SharePoint site
- Coordinate activities related to authorizations and powers,
- Undertake various secretarial duties such as calendar management, scheduling meetings, handling correspondence and answering the telephone for the head of the unit
Requirements
Education:
- Short term higher education or equivalent experience
Professional skills:
- Knowledge of the Group’s administrative set-up and systems used for administrative tasks
- Knowledge of financial follow-up
- Knowledge of HR processes and organizational structures
- Working knowledge of MS Office tools
- Fluent in English
Experience:
- Some experience in this type of role.
Personal skills:
- Service minded
- Proven ability to deliver
- Good communication skills
- Works independently and performs self-management
