Pharmaceutical Development Director

• Management of pharmaceutical development units;
• Strategic and operational planning of units goals;
• Monitoring the results of the work of units;
• Product development control, resource allocation, budget control;
• Solving complex issues, building a system of pharmaceutical development in the company, analysis and improvement of processes R [10] C [-2];
• Quality of technology transferred, product manufacturing;
• Audits; product quality dossier;
• Product development reporting for registration.

• Ability to relocate;
• Biotechnology/pharmaceutical education;
• Excellent language skills: Russian, English as a must;
• Experience in R&D, biotechnology companies/pharmaceutical companies with their own production;
• Experience in passing GxP audits;
• Scientific experience in the biotechnology;
• Management experience with complex subordination structure.
