Plumbing project manager

Currently we are looking for the plumbing project manager for construction works in Sweden.
You will be responsible for:
" Effective management of the plumbing workforce (the employees and subcontractors of the company);
" Planning of the project's recourses (human recourses, technical and material recourses);
" Controlling and planning labour on the site;
" Project execution management and control;
" The quality assurance of projects implementation;
" Communication with customers.

We will evaluate you according these criteria:
" You are a positive and energetic personality, who is not afraid of challenges and mistakes, and who takes every mistake as a good lesson;
" You have a successful building project management experience;
" You have higher education in the field of engineering;
" You have knowledge and experience in plumbing jobs.
" You are the professional user of English (both written and oral);
" Swedish language skills we consider as a big advantage;
" You have the driving license;
" You have good computer skills (MS Office + MS Project).
" You have the permission to work in Sweden (for non EU citizens)
