Job Description
Currently we are looking for a PMO Analyst to join IT Strategy Execution PMO team in Lithuania.
The role of the PMO is to execute, improve and drive change within governance and project portfolio management processes to ensure maturity and excellence in project portfolio management. PMO focuses on quality (accuracy), simplicity and customer/business focus
Responsibilities:
- Actively ensure continuous improvement of the governance and project portfolio management processes
- Performing quality assurance and ensuring adherence to governance and compliance requirements in all project delivery and management areas, in particular, project lifecycle governance, plan, risks, issues, dependencies management, change request control, financial management and procurement, challenging when appropriate, suggesting remediation actions if required and driving resolution
- Providing analysis and insightful management information reporting to enable informed decisions to be made by stakeholders
- Sparring with portfolio managers/functions and other stakeholders on project portfolio management
Requirements
- Advanced business education e.g. Bachelor in Economics/Engineering or equivalent experience /education
- As a general rule minimum 2 years of working experience within the area of IT portfolio management/project controlling and management
- Professional communication skills – ability to engage at all levels, make oneself understood, share information, build and maintain effective relationships
- Analysis, creativity and innovation - ability to analyse raw data and build practical solutions, processes and tools to complex and business critical problems
- Ability to juggle priorities, multitask and flawlessly execute at speed
- Strong business focus
- Advanced English skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (i.e. MS Excel, MS Project, MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, MS SharePoint)
- Experience of working in global teams
- Strong stakeholders management, interpersonal skills, positive attitude & proactivity
