Right now, we are looking for a Point of Sales Project Manager to lead new stores’ opening and reconstruction projects in Telia. I am Lina Bandzinė and I am a head of retail management division. You will be leading reconstruction processes and new launching projects for Telia stores, so you are expected to be able to think strategically and know how creatively support Telia brand positioning within all Telia stores in Lithuania.

The role requires you to have strong project management skills along with an ability to plan, manage and control change, solve problems and navigate in complex environments while leading maturely. Also, this role is largely comprised of securing resources and right level of authority to ensure that the project can be executed and deliver from start to end with the right competence and according to time, budget and functionality.

Requirements
Your personality:
Passionate about delivering change, business development and creating tangible outcomes that meets the deadlines;
You have an effective communication and cooperative approach when establishing relationships with various levels of management, employees and external stakeholders;
Strong creative, analytical, problem-solving skills and a structured and target oriented way of working;
Attentive to details.
Your Experience:
Have 1 year+ working experience in project management within retail or other retail related merchandising area;
Have a proven track of record operating and communicating effectively with key internal and external stakeholders at all levels in a large, complex, matrix organisational structure;
Experience in contract management would be treated as an advantage;
Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
Holding driving license (category B).
