As the Poker Manager you’ll have the ownership of the poker product; develop, optimize and oversee the poker products according to the strategy and objectives; develop and oversee poker promotions and campaigns to optimize the products’ commercial performance with focus on maximizing revenues.
Ownership of the Poker KPIs and budget.
Help define the overall Poker strategy, bring unique insights and drive it through for each reporting period.
Own, manage and oversee the development plan for all online poker products according to guidelines set up by the Managing Director; liaising with the relevant teams (web development, IT, project teams, compliance etc.) to ensure that the process is followed and developed as required and that final products/service are up to industry standards.
Consult Customer Experience team in improvements of Poker user journey and usability.
Organize and attend Live Poker events, be face and voice of Betsafe in Poker community.
Consult VIP manager on Poker VIP program.
Ensure a smooth daily operation of the Poker business.
Take responsibility of revenues and lead the new customer acquisitions and retention campaigns together with a CRM, Customer Experience and Marketing teams.
Own and plan the campaigns/activities on a monthly, quarterly and yearly level with focus on increasing revenues of existing player database. This includes campaign briefing, defining customer segments, brain storming with CRM team, copywriters and designers, signing off assets and marketing materials, and then reporting on and evaluating results.
Assist and support with creating, setting up, planning, executing and evaluating new marketing & sales campaigns/activities.
Owning the competitor intelligence insights that we need to ensure that we are ‘ahead of the game’ versus our competitors.
Cooperating and coordinating activities between other Poker Managers from other business teams.
In cooperation with the CRM team, you will manage the entire Poker product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities to maximize player life time revenues.
YOU'RE GOOD AT
You will have years of experience working with poker and online gambling or you have developed an outstanding understanding of the online poker business, poker customer insight, competitive and poker product landscape and poker promotion some other way.
You know how to drive poker product marketing and proposition. You get a buzz out of poker and communication with poker community. You know which lever to pull to work certain KPIs upwards.
Working in challenging environments is not a problem for you, you have a positive, 'let’s get things done' attitude and you know how to motivate your team and colleagues.
You understand how large companies operate internally. You are no stranger to collaborating with other functions within a business team, product development and central teams.
Good understanding of English, both verbal and written and at least one Baltic Language
Experience in Poker and/or Online Gambling industry
Passionate about poker, excellent knowledge of both local and Global poker
You have an in-depth understanding of the Poker product.
