Portfolio Manager

Jackson Investment Management is seeking a full-time investment analyst portfolio manager to join our team. Our firm has developed stock market trades algorithms that generate buy and sell signals. The portfolio manager will review the algorithm then derive a recommendation and make a final recommendation to the chief investment officer for final trade approval.Daily responsibilities may include:
• Recommend strategies that will maximize return within acceptable risk parameters.
• Help Florida based team with daily tasks.
• Demonstrate honesty, responsibility, integrity and fulfillment of commitments.
• Keep informed of developments in investment markets, using fundamental and/or technical research to arrive at sound and timely investment decisions.
• Making Security Recommendations

Candidates should have superior quantitative and problem-solving skills. If you’re good with numbers and want to work in a friendly environment, this position is for you. Candidates must be fluent in English.
We are looking for a candidate that possesses the following characteristics:
• A postgraduate degree in economics, accounting, finance.
• Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
• Type 55 wpm
• Meticulous attention to details
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Team Player
