Process coordinator

We are looking for a Processes coordinator to our QPSE Team.

I am Aurelija Žėkienė and I am leading QPSE (Quality, Processes, Safety and Environment) Team which coordinates activities related to the organization’s and employee’s prosperity and quality. I am super proud of my team, which is successfully implementing challenging tasks and raising own areas to the higher level.

Your next challenge?

Right now, we offer an opportunity to try-out your experience in raising processes maturity level, coordinating transformation of processes to the new way of working and supporting processes owners and managers. You would have a super exciting chance to participate in a project of processes harmonization, management tool implementation for new processes and transformation for an existing ones.

Our aim, as Telia Company, is to implement a new way of processes management, with updated requirements and common Process map. You would work with processes owners and managers to help them and educate, as well as with other stakeholders in country and group level to ensure benefit from the new way of process management. A compliance of processes with different internal and standards’ requirements are very important and should not be missed, regularly coordinated in a way with the maximum benefit for the business and organization.  

Who are you?

You are Processes coordinator with a high level of integrity and loyalty, the ability to make quick decisions and focusing on results. You have passion for creating a better processes management. When you describe your vision and how to make it happen – people trust you and desire to participate. Moreover, you dare to bring inconvenient topics to management and enjoy when this performance creates positive results for organization and employees.

You have worked as Business Process Manager or Change Manager and have a good understanding of how business processes are documented and managed in different tools as well as having good training skills. Work with ARIS tool is an advantage of yours as well as telecommunication background.

• Excellent communication skills with people, the ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the company
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and good knowledge in English

Your experience:

• Business Process management
• Processes management tools (ARIS, Cameo, etc.)
• Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN)
• Trainings skills
• Business Process Improvement
• Bachelor’s degree in Quality management, Business Administration or similar will be advantage

Working in this position you will receive a base salary starting at 2000 Eur (gross) plus annual bonuses depending on your competencies and your and Telia results. Besides for each employee Telia has additional employee benefits package which includes:
