Process Engineer Industry 4.0

Understanding of the assembly process to propose solutions for monitoring and improving operations by means of Industry 4.0
Working with general assembly process such as screwdriving, assembly by usage of servo presses, dispensing systems, selective soldering and conformal coating
Handling statistical data to ensure that the process is robust and reliable (e.g. MSA, Cpk, Ppk)
Understanding on Industry 4.0 trends
Proposing innovations according to Industry 4.0 specially in advanced robotics (AGV, Cobots, Robot), Big Data, Automatic replenishment, Geofencing, smart apps and augmented reality
Interacting with different departments and propose solutions using Industry 4.0
Optimizing and adjusting of assembly machine programs
Ensure the fulfillment of project targets (e.g. Scrap, 5S, FPY, OEE, Lessons Learned)
Continuous improvement for the production line (CIM, LL)
Programming of robots, PLC, sequence control, interfaces and visualization on monitor

Bachelor degree in computer engineering, Business Informatics or other related field or equivalent education and experience required
Several years of experience in a manufacturing company (preferably as a Process Engineer position)
First experience in working with automotive electronic products or systems
First experience in programming of robots, collaborative robots and PLC (e.g. Simatic S7)
Understanding of programming languages like SQL/PLSQL, PERL and Unix Shell Scripts
Good knowledge of Automotive product development processes
Proficiency in data mining, analysis and various Office applications
Proficient English skills written and spoken
Good Communication skills
Strong Problem Solving Skills
