Ensuring the targeted process capability for his manufacturing processes, and to reach the highest technical availability for his equipment
Full operation of the process steps on the production lines, qualified technicians
Providing technical support, capability improvement, standardized work, immediate problem solving, and process support for multiple processes
Maintaining the processes defined by the Process Engineering Team Leader e.g. printing, SMD, reflow, single pin insertion, laser marking, panel separation, wave soldering, laser welding, friction welding, screwing, pressfit, dispensing, conformal coating, crimping, advanced robotic
Drive new process technology and continuous improvement. Ensure projects are completed on time
Work closely with product development engineers, maintenance and shift area managers to improve efficiency of operations

Reikalavimai
Bachelor degree in engineering (industrial, mechanical, electrical) or other related field or equivalent education and experience required
Practical understanding of modern production and quality management tools, like lean manufacturing or Six Sigma
Know-how in Electronics / Electrotechnics and/or Mechanics / Mechatronics and/or Automation
Project management experience
Proficient English skills written and spoken
Communication skills
Strong Problem Solving Skills
