PROCESS ENGINEER

UAB “Intersurgical” is looking for a new colleague to join their R&D team in Technical Department. The new employee is going to be involved in polymer investigation, equipment maintenance, material trials on different processing lines and discussions in order to achieve the set goal but his/her main responsibilities would be:

• Investigate the dynamics and properties of various plastics during injection moulding, extrusion and similar processing;
• To operate and maintain plastic processing equipment;
• Organise and control the investigation process, data analysis and internal document management such as equipment maintenance journals, trial reports and similar;
• Support other team members at research and development processes.

• Higher education degree preferable in a science or engineering subject
• Ability to solve problems with a hands-on approach;
• Good English language skills (written and oral);
• Good computer and MS Office skills;
• Good communication skills, ability to work both in a group and independently, thoroughness and diligence.
