Process Exellence Leader

Job Description

This position will assess global and local regulations, business requirements, policies and procedures for the Shared Service Centre and  provide support in establishing management policies, procedures and programs to ensure conformance with all compliance requirements.

  • Supporting Process Excellence deployment
  • Liaising with the Shared Services Center (SSC) management and staff
  • Coaching and mentoring process improvement teams
  • Utilizing key performance indicators to measure operational cost-drivers
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement, operational design efficiencies, automation, etc.
  • Leading medium or large site or cross-site projects using Lean, Six Sigma, or Design for Six Sigma

Requirements

  • Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (with 1-3 years of experience) or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (with 3-6 years of experience)
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Able to communicate effectively with all levels, including senior level
  • Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated  leadership, communication, partnerships, process and change management competencies
  • Experience user of Minitab, Powerpoint, Excel, BlueWorks, Visio, Access, Sharepoint
