Job Description

  • Manage and oversee the objectives and performance of a process across the Baltics through Key Performance Indicators (KPI), make required changes related to achieving process objectives.
  • Identify necessary process documentation and training
    requirements, issue and maintain any procedures and instructions: develop, implement and maintain process standards.
  • Monitor and report process execution compliance with process objectives and standards. Analyze process performance data and set quality objectives, resolve any problems and prevent their recurrence, identify risks and opportunities with current process.
  • Ensure appropriate process designs (also improvement, optimization and automation), including business requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with internal Software accepted rules.

 

Requirements

  • University degree (higher education in logistics, quality, economics, project management area).
  • 2-3 years of work experience in similar position.
  • Analytical thinking and skills, attention to details.
  • Experience working with process projection programs.
  • Experience with LEAN methodology would be advantage.
  • MS Office (advanced user level) Project Management experience. High level of English, Russian languages
  • Team working attitude.
  • Good organizational, communication, problem solving and cooperation skills.
