Project title: Support to introduce the Decentralised Implementation System
Country: Republic of Serbia
Duration: minimum 260 working days over the period of implementation of the contract which is 18 months

Objective of the project

The global objective is to enable the administration of Serbia to take an active and effective role in the preparation of financial co-operation programmes and projects financed by the EU, and in their technical and financial implementation within the framework of the Decentralised Implementation System (DIS).

Requirements

Qualifications and skills:

• University graduate degree or equivalent professional experience
• Excellent organisational, coordination and facilitation skills
  

General professional experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of general work experience
  

Specific professional experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of practical work in a CFCU or some other PHARE or ISPA and/or SAPARD implementing agency in management, senior operational or advisory capacity
  
• Active participation in at least one DIS/ EDIS accreditation processes in other countries.
  
• Thorough knowledge of the EC procurement procedures (Practical Guide).
