
Procurement Specialist
Job Description
This position is responsible for purchase order placement, program management, fulfillment buying, as well as the day-to-day management of awarded contracts
Requirements
- University degree in Procurement, Finance or Business;
- Minimum 2 years experience in Procurement (negotiating purchase contracts, bidding preparation);
- Ability to develop excellent relationships with internal and external customers and suppliers;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Ability to manage own time and prioritize workload effectively;
- High degree of initiative and ownership, reliable and attention to detail in documentations preparing;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Fluent Lithuanian and Engish;
- User PC skills.
