Product developer

To support our current growth, as well as drive our future growth, we are now looking for a strong product developer.

You will have a base at our factory in Vilnius and will be part of a team consisting of 25 people in a product developing department. You will refer to the sales Director.

You will be responsible for developing new furniture for our assortment, as well as maintaining and updating our existing products in the assortment. The job requires close cooperation with our   production, as well as external designers.

The ability to combine efficiency and quality is one of Baltic Sofa / BS Classic competitive advantages. This is further developed continuously, including by increasing the use of standardized components and designs that both meet the demands of the market and our demands for rational production.

Your key tasks

Based on strong project management skills, you take full responsibility for the product development process.

Your main tasks will be to:

• Development process from concept to finished product;
• Contact during the development to our customers and suppliers;
• Continuous quality control of productions in product development;

Coordinate and manage deliveries from external partners, preparation of prototype and workshops;

Keep a close dialogue with designers.

• The ability to develop furniture from concept to finished product;

• You must be strong to communicate in English;
