 We are looking for a Product Manager Diabetes who will lead our diabetes product’s portfolio in Lithuania.

 

 The Position

As the Product Manager Diabetes your key role will be to ensure long term growth of the assigned Diabetes products by tailoring to the local needs and implementing global strategies, in accordance with the prepared business plans so that promotional activities comply to NN SOPs, local regulations, marketing budgets and forecasts.Your main accountabilities will be:

 

  • to develop and implement local marketing tactics
  • ensure launch excellence for new products in Diabetes
  • to ensure the establishment of long lasting external and internal customer (stakeholders) relationships
  • to ensure development of innovative solutions and integration of Digital marketing solutions into the tactical plan
  • of critical importance, to represent Novo Nordisk vision, values, commitments in the daily conduct with the internal & external stakeholders.

 

You will be reporting to the Marketing Director Lithuania and act as a valuable member to creation of local business strategy & tactics.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, we require you to have University degree in life-sciences (medicine, pharmacy, biology, biotechnology), background as well as minimum 1-3 years of experience as a marketeer in a global innovative pharmaceutical company (experience in Digital marketing is an advantage).

You also need to speak fluent English & Lithuanian.

 

To be effective in this role, you will need to have also:

  • Ability to build long lasting relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong business understanding & knowledge of Lithuanian pharmaceutical market
  • Ability to learn new therapy areas and interpret medical data
  • Successful experience in launching new products
  • Good influencing, communication, presentation skills
  • Strong teamwork skills & ability to collaborate with peers
  • Personality and values in line with Novo Nordisk Way (open, honest, ambitious, respecting diverse opinions, autonomous, initiative, passionate about their work)
  • High business ethics standards
  • Solid knowledge of MS office
  • Driver’s licence
