My name is Mikko Koljander and I’m heading Device & Cloud Software Services product line in Telia Company Group unit called Common Products and Services. We are Nordic & Baltic cross border team of IT industry specialists who are responsible of management of our multi-country products for all our local Telia markets in Lithuania, Estonia, Finland, Sweden, Norway and Denmark.
Right now, I’m looking for a Public Cloud top talent to work in our team as Product Manager - Public Cloud Services Baltics.
In this role, you are responsible for development, localization and life cycle management of your products in country processes and customer touchpoints. You focus on the end-to-end responsibility in a local country but can also work with products and platforms in multiple countries in your region. You work in a close partnership with country commercial to fulfil customer needs.
The role includes, but is not limited you to:
- Drive product development: localization and retirement in country and to secure launch- and retirement processes in partnership with the country.
- Be responsible for implementing local product configurations: e.g., business rules, price and capability tiers, if not easily configurable by country. Identify and address local costs that are to be included in the overall cost of the product.
- Desire to secure a superior and digital customer experience for the product in customer processes and touchpoints throughout the customer life cycle.
- Make the product ready to launch by securing readiness to sell, buy, deliver, invoice, use and support, based on customer insights and customer journey mapping.
- Own accountability for product lifecycle management and continuous improvements, including e.g., launch readiness, product documentation, product performance and customer satisfaction KPI’s, business rules harmonization, compliance to business continuity and security frameworks, and product related sustainability aspects.
- Be ready to be appointed end to end responsibility for Solutions and/or Bundles comprising multiple products – to secure customer experience for the solution/bundle throughout the life cycle
- To drive product development/configurations in potential customized B2B solutions
- Be expected to take Scaled Agile Framework® roles in local IT Agile Release Trains.

Your Experience:
We would expect you to have
- Strong tangible track record with externally recognized (certified) competence of Microsoft, AWS and/or Google public cloud business and technologies
- Competence and proven experience (5+ years) on commercial product management domain
- Fluent professional English language skills.
You would further excel in your role by having
- Certifications of several technical and commercial areas of one or many Public Cloud providers
- Proven and certified track record of working in a role of Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe) Product Manager or Product Owner.

We offer a monthly base salary of 2655 euros gross up to 5117euros gross, plus annual bonuses, depending on your competencies, your and Telia results. Additionally, each Telia Global Services Lithuania employee receives additional employee benefits package which includes:
