At Oxylabs, we're looking for a Product Manager to own and evolve our Web Scraper API product portfolio.
In this role, you will define the product vision and roadmap for our core scraping API suite—including SERP, E-commerce, and Web Scraper APIs—and drive their growth across technical buyers, data engineers, and enterprise clients. You'll work at the intersection of deep technical complexity and strong commercial impact.
### In this role, you’ll:
- Own the Product Vision: Define the strategy and roadmap for Oxylabs' Web Scraper API suite, balancing developer experience, data quality, reliability, and enterprise-grade scalability.
- Drive API Excellence: Continuously improve API design, documentation, and usability so that integrating Oxylabs feels effortless for developers and data teams.
- Understand the Customer Deeply: Engage directly with enterprise buyers, data engineers, and technical users to uncover pain points, discover new use cases, and validate product decisions.
- Partner with Engineering: Collaborate tightly with engineering teams to architect solutions, define technical requirements, and ship high-quality API improvements at pace.
- Grow Adoption & Revenue: Track and optimize key product metrics—API usage volume, customer retention, expansion revenue, and time-to-first-successful-call.
- Shape the Competitive Positioning: Monitor the web scraping and data extraction landscape to identify market trends, competitive gaps, and differentiation opportunities.
- Influence the Roadmap: Work with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to translate customer feedback and market signals into prioritized product decisions.
