Product Owner

A hands-on product professional who thrives at the intersection of strategy and delivery. You are the person the development team relies on for clear direction, well-structured requirements, and fast, confident decision-making. You know how to manage a roadmap, keep a project on track, and ensure that what gets built actually solves the right problem - on time and to a high standard. You are organized, detail-oriented, and energized by working closely with developers every day.

• Own and manage the product roadmap for your area, keeping priorities clear, deadlines realistic, and the development team unblocked
• Work closely with a dedicated development squad on a day-to-day basis - running sprint planning, backlog grooming, and reviews
• Translate product goals and business requirements into well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical briefs
• Manage dependencies, timelines, and delivery risks - escalating blockers early and keeping stakeholders informed
• Ensure that what is being built aligns with the agreed product vision and meets quality standards before release
• Collaborate with the Product Manager to understand business priorities and convert them into actionable delivery plans
• Continuously refine and improve backlog management processes to increase team efficiency and output quality
• Gather feedback post-release and feed learnings back into the roadmap and future development cycles

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager, or in a delivery-focused product role working directly with development teams
• Solid understanding of agile methodologies - Scrum, Kanban, or similar
• Strong ability to write clear user stories, define acceptance criteria, and manage a structured backlog
• Proven experience managing roadmaps, sprint cycles, and delivery timelines in a fast-moving environment
• Comfortable working with engineering teams daily and able to communicate technical trade-offs clearly
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams at once
• A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset - you remove blockers, not create them
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
