Production Manager

The Production Manager (with site responsibility) will be responsible for the startup of the facility in Lithuania, later on will lead the company at daily decisions with the production.

• Lead the setup and start of the production company in Klaipeda;
• Plan, lead and control the activities of the production;
• Recruitment, training and follow up on the employees, contribute to the employees' development;
• Planning and administration of the company's tasks, smooth internal communication;
• Ensure goods' production (in accordance with internal specifications, and the customer’s quality and delivery plan);
• Ensure good environment and work climate at the company;
• Ensure that the requirements / goals in LEAN are implemented for continuous improvement;
• Follow-up of ISO 9001, responsible for following up the company and national requirements on HSE (health, safety and environment);
• Reporting.

• Experience working with production, mechanical industry (knowledge/experience how to work with steel, experience with CNC machines);
• Education degree is a must (in engineering or similar technical field would be nice to have);
• Personality: open, flexible, ambitious, likes changes, proactive, trustworthy;
• Fluent English skills;
• Leadership skills: able to motivate and engage employees;
• Good IT knowledge (presentation skills, Excel);
• Experience with continuous improvement (preferably LEAN).
