- Information about equipment, technical, technological and process solutions (suggestions for improvement).
- Ensuring the increase of process efficiency according to the LEAN methodology.
- Achieving, recording, analyzing the planned indicators of the production unit and providing proposals for their rapid implementation.
- Supervision and organization of technological and metrological inspections.
- Supervision of the roasting line, optical sorter and packaging tests and improvement of roasting technologies.
Reikalavimai
- Experience of successful work in production department: at least 1 year in an advanced enterprise. (Work experience in the food industry is an advantage.)
- Education – a university (master, favorably) degree. (Eligible for admission as a final year student who has completed technological or food safety, public health modules.)
- Attentiveness, responsibility, communication, ability to work in a team.
- Resistance to stressful situations.
- Ability to make decisions and allow them to be implemented.
- The pursuit of improvement and continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in minimum 2 Foreign Languages.
- Proficiency in the Lithuanian Documentation.
- Knowledge of the Lithuanian Legislation Base.
