Job Description

The Production Specialist will be part of a dynamic team focused on high quality deliverables across many of the companies’ products and services with a particular emphasis on Reporting, Content and Quality Assurance.

• Monitor, plan and manage production activities based on the request and to ensure timely delivery. 
• Support websites using web content management systems, HTML/XHTML, CSS, and related tools
• Knowledge of QA techniques, test design and execution, including cross-browser, cross-platform (including mobile), web trends and troubleshooting.
• Generate routine and ad-hoc reports. 
• Maintaining high quality and productivity. 
• Respond to inquiries and concerns in a timely fashion. 

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in web technologies.
• Experience with web-related tools - Adobe Creative Suite - is necessary.
• Knowledge of best practices in web usability, design for the web.
• Cross browser / device testing
