Job Description
The Project Coordinator works as a member of a team providing administrative support on bids at the document preparation and submission
stage. They belong to the Project Office, which provides bid teams with admin and formatting support, setting up reviews for management to
inspect the deal and guide teams through the approval process and monitor the pipeline.
Key responsibilities:
- Performs administrative support duties: compiles materials and distributes documents, routes calls, coordinates travel, etc.
- Coordinates various customer-related activities such as answering incoming calls and serving as an initial point of contact for clients.
- Performs administrative responsibilities and assists with research if necessary.
- Provides admin support to bid teams during assignment, i.e. budget tracking, travel logistics, log registers, presentations.
Requirements
- Great English language skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Experienced with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Experience of working under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Similar work experience huge advantage.
