Project Assistant

Your role will be to provide virtual support to Global IT Knowledge Manager and, as part of the editorial team, further develop IT Knowledge concept. The essence of your role will be daily communication and collaboration with various colleagues across the company in order to achieve project’s targets. This position presents a unique opportunity to gain international experience, acquire new skills and competencies while working in dynamic and professional environment.

• Write and edit IT knowledge articles
• Communicate with Festo Product Groups and FGSD Knowledge Manager
• Consult and train Festo Ambassadors
• Further develop and optimize knowledge management process
• Prepare and keep up-to-date training materials, process documentation
• Prepare reports

• Strong English language skills
• Strong communication skills
• Proactivity
• Orientation to quality and detail
