Project Engineer (industrial equipment)

Organize, lead and coordinate purchasing, installation and start-up of machinery which includes to take full responsibility of the project deliverables agreed, according to the goals and scope of the project
Purchase, make contract preparation as well as to make installation and start-up of machinery, until handover to line organisation.
Coordination with the machine suppliers and other stakeholders
Manage relationship with external service providers/suppliers and Central IKEA Industry Technical Team
Secure that at IKEA Industry Standards are followed and implemented
Report to the Project Manager

Experience working in industrial projects in all aspects from initiating, planning, executing and following-up
Experience in purchase and installation of industrial equipment
Project management skills with the ability to lead project with focus on delivery
Experience & competence from a multicultural environment
Interest in and preferable knowledge of the foil production process as well as experience with edge banding, foiling, drilling or packing machinery and process
Share IKEA values, have a down to earth attitude and act in a way which creates an atmosphere of trust, respect and togetherness
Strong communications skills with ability to both inspire, clarify and listen
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
