Project Manager in Real Estate Finance

In Real Estate Finance we are developing and maintaining Denmark’s real estate mortgage loans from start to end and have a system portfolio of more than 100 IT systems. We are part of a large business and focus on delivering quality change with no business disruption. Delivering projects is at the heart of our mission.
There are three departments in Denmark, India and Lithuania. The department in Lithuania has 20+ colleagues. Most of them are software engineers and business analysts working on projects and problem management.

Responsibilities:
A project manager in REF:
• Facilitates suitable setup for the project
• Establishes the working relationships with the business, suppliers, steering committee and other relevant stakeholders
• Responsible for team building, guidance and skills development to achieve project goals and team member growth
• Adheres to project management best practices, methodologies, systems and tools as defined by Danske Bank in CMMI mature way
• Participates in the continuous improvement of the project management process
• Organizes and leads project day to day activities
• Actively manages project communication, budget, risk, scope, schedule, configuration, quality
• Can take additional leadership responsibilities outside of the project scope, as agreed with development manager

• 3+ years of experience and a track record in successfully managing IT projects
• Knowledge of industry standards in both information technology and project management
• Bachelor’s or master degree in IT, business management or relevant
• Fluent English
• Great stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
• Experience of working in global teams (advantage)
• PM certificate from official authorities (advantage)
• Financial services experience (advantage)
