Currently we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team to manage the medical device software project for the robot-assisted precise tumor targeting in image guided radiation therapy by ensuring correct patient positioning under a linear accelerator.
Your goal will be to deliver high-quality medical software that is aligned with user needs and business goals and can be integrated into a medical device. You should be able to work independently with little supervision. You should have excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills. We expect you to prioritize well, communicate clearly, have a consistent track record of delivery and excellent soft skills. You should seek to ensure that project deliverables comply with the set quality standards and are completed on time.
You will be in charge of the planning, scheduling, budgeting, execution, and delivery of the medical software projects, ensure the successful completion of your projects and also oversee the people performing work on those projects.
Main Responsibilities
- Represent our interests in negotiations with the customer.
- Create and update project development plans.
- Coordinate staff assignment to projects, including subcontractors.
- Organize and control execution progress of your projects.
- Assure project tracking and prepare progress reports.
- Comply with company’s quality standards and governing QMS.
