Job Description

• The role involves the set up and coordination of Pharma data collection projects online.
  
• Centrally manage projects in multiple simultaneous countries.
  
• There are no sales involved, no questionnaire design and no result reporting. It is a coordination of pure data collection.
  
• Reporting of field issues to clients and the search for solutions within the standard guidelines.

Requirements

• Experience in Online methodology data collection or CATI field coordination in Quant Studies
  
• Client handling experience
  
• A degree in Sociology is very helpful but not a must
  
• Excellent in time management and setting priorities
  
• Team work essential
  
• Clear minded and logic thinking personality.
  
• Have extremely good attention to details.
  
• Fluent in English essential, other languages would be an advantage.
