Are you able to manage and execute strategy, roadmap and system portfolio in a newly established team in Lithuania partly responsible for Danske Bank’s eBanking solutions? You will be responsible for our Lithuanian team and ensure that we develop and deliver as expected in our channels. And your job is considered to be vital to the continuous success of Danske Bank in being on the forefront of e-banking.

We are in the process of expanding our eBanking department and you will be a part of our team in Vilnius, responsible for tasks and projects within the area of eBanking application.

Take e-banking to the next level
Your approach is proactive and customer-focused and you know how to optimize competencies and resources in the team in order to deliver the best results. And even though you excel in making your employees deliver state-of-the-art online solutions for our self-service options, you also provide technical and project management by being hands-on in smaller teams delivering complex software.

In close cooperation with the team in Denmark, you will ensure high quality technical deliverables from the Lithuanian team. And as manager, we expect you to be one of the best within your field. Nevertheless, we offer an extensive training program to ensure that your skills are maintained and updated on an ongoing basis.

Motivating leader with customer-focus
You are an experienced project manager with a Master’s or higher degree in a technological field such as computer science or engineering. It is crucial that you have a very high abstraction level and thrive in an environment that requires you to transform complex problems into simple technical solutions.
Preferably, you have a special interest in online solutions and experience with e-banking solutions will also be an additional advantage.

You are result-oriented, with excellent interpersonal skills, you know how to motivate your team and navigate in an organization with several thousands of employees, different stakeholders and cultures. To excel as team manager and project manager, it is important that you are good at communicating and ready to challenge your stakeholders. Also, it is important that you work in a structured manner and that you remain calm under pressure.
