Job Description
- Provide support for different press release distribution tools, help clients prepare, format and distribute their announcements.
- Publish press releases and financial reports on behalf of clients when required.
- Perform regulatory filings in multiple European markets
- Provides user onboarding, ensures new clients are properly vetted and users are identified and authenticated prior to being permitted access to the publishing application.
- Supports 24/7/365 publishing support model, participate in shift rotation and on call coverage on weekends and holidays.
- Monitor press release distribution. Troubleshoot, escalate or resend in case releases fail to hit outlets.
- Coordinates pubishing-related issues with stock exchanges, regulators, partners and news outlets.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years previous work experience preferably in a client service environment;
- Excellent English and German communication skills, both spoken and written. Additional language skills are an advantage.
- Strong affinity towards working with software applications and very good computer skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently;
- Reliable, decisive, stress-resistant and resilient.
- Excellent teamwork skills. Positive attitude and performance driven.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment. Must be open to change;
- Ability to work flexible hours and in shifts, as team provides 24/7 support.
