Job Description

• Defining a ´tactical´ purchasing route with both internal departments Engineering, Sales, Quality, Logistics, Production Engineering, Planning and Production as suppliers, and implement it as a project manager.
  
• Performance of market research with the aim of expanding the existing supplier base.
  
• Specify and preparing tender in close cooperation with Engineering, Sales, Quality and Production.
  
• Care of communication with suppliers regarding requests, quotations, and supplies (window) contracts.
  
• Evaluate received tenders with respect to quality, price and delivery terms and advise management and / or parent company about the supplier.
  
• Visit suppliers and perform suppliers audits in collaboration with the departments Engineering and Quality.
  
• Negotiation, within established attorney, with suppliers on quality, price and delivery terms.
  
• Making and concluding (window) contracts and delivery terms with suppliers and the care of its administrative work.
  
• Transfer of the fixed price and delivery terms to the Planning Department and assist in the handling and / or solution of possible problems or disputes with suppliers.
  
• Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers.
  
• Execution of operations, which generally interests of the company and purchasing in particular, and as determined and commissioned by the Purchasing Manager Turbo.
  

• Purchaser Parts place alongside the current Purchaser Parts
  
• Purchases of components such as actuator, Vclamp, ring etc.
  
• The components for the turbo charger purchases.
  
• The buyer must present an all round Techie and flexible
  

• Purchaser Samples place alongside current Purchaser Samples
  
• There are 3 phase in creating samples / prototypes. Every sample / prototype to make components must be purchased and a planning has to be made to make the samples on time
  
• The person is a planner and organizer, since he has to do with deadlines in the 3 phases sample
  

• Purchaser MRO has a technical background on educational training vocational
  
• MRO stands for maintenance, repair and operations
  
• Maintenance purchase of spare parts for the maintenance of the production lines
  
• Repair: new or Repaired parts purchases
  
• Operations: able to buy back Components for the production lines running
