QA Manager

• reviewing, implementing, and auditing QA related processes of Testing department;
• ensuring that all QA disciplines are followed in all project stages;
• tracking and reporting NCRs;
• reporting to the Project Manager regarding QA activities for each ongoing project;
• performing audits for different projects, procurement, and production activities to verify the implementations and effectiveness of QA processes in the company.

Essential Skills and Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in related QA field;
• experience in compiling, reviewing and auditing QA plans, tracking NRCs, and other QA related tasks;
• good knowledge of ECSS quality management standards (especially Space Product Assurance Branch) or a similar set of standards;
• experience in working with ISO9001 or AS9001 processes, including review boards, audits, etc.

Desirable Skills and Experience

• education in aerospace engineering or quality management.
