QA Manager

• management and development of newly established department;
• reviewing, implementing, and auditing QA related processes of Testing department;
• ensuring that all QA disciplines are followed in all hardware and software testing stages;
• tracking and reporting NCRs;
• cooperation with other departments regarding QA activities for each ongoing project;
• tasks planning,  consultation on development and improvement of QA procedures, preparation of documentation.

Essential Skills and Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in related QA field;
• experience with hardware/software testing;
• experience in compiling, reviewing and auditing QA plans, tracking NRCs, and other QA related tasks;
• good knowledge of ECSS quality management standards (especially Space Product Assurance Branch) or a similar set of standards;
• experience in working with ISO9001 or AS9001 processes, including review boards, audits, etc.
• hands-on approach.
