QA Specialist

The position

• Support the product team and implementation of new features
• Research
• Creating test cases
• Assist the support team with troubleshooting and reporting bugs

• Strong computer skills
• Fluency in English both written and verbal
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Need to communicate complex concepts
• An organized mindset

• Experience working with SaaS applications
• Experience from other QA position
• Have worked with labor laws
• Experience with payroll systems and/or HR
