I am Darius Ratkus, Manager of TV development and I am looking for Technical Quality Assurance Manager for TV services in Vilnius. We are a great bunch of highly skilled professionals, responsible for development and support of Telia TV services that are used in hundreds of thousands Lithuanian homes. Your next challenge?
TV Services is an exciting area. As a member of our team, you will ensure high quality of our TV products and services. As Technical QA Manager you will:
Ensure high quality of TV Services to our Customers. Services that simply works
Agree on targets with stakeholders and track KPI’s delivery.
Be responsible for continuous service improvement: initiate and track Quality improvements
Improve quality measurement systems, tools.
Be Owner of Problem Management in TV area:
Proactively check functionality of TV services and react to irregularities.
Track trouble tickets and ensure that all tickets dedicated to your team are solved.
Analyse technical details itself to understand root cause of problem.
Find the causes of the quality degradation of TV services and take measures to eliminate them.
Create and lead working groups with stakeholders and put efforts until problem is solved
Follow up on Release and Change management, ensure quality and timely deliveries:
Secure delivery from external vendors and other departments
Track queue of testing tasks and ensure that tasks are closed within agreed time period.
Manage team of pilot service testers, ensure communication between developers and members of pilot group (provide testers with questioner, collect and analyze feedback from pilot testers).

Your Experience:
Basic technical skills in networking and IT world.
Know-how in Technical Product support
Experience in creating and managing Quality Assurance framework
Good communication skills and proficiency working with stakeholders
Project management and coordination skills
Linux/ Android knowledge would be beneficial
TV products knowledge would be beneficial

We offer a monthly base salary from 3400 Eur (gross) to 5100 Eur (gross) depending on your experience. Besides for each employee Telia has additional employee benefit package which includes:
