Quality Assurance Engineer

I am Laurynas Černius and I am leading the Integration Test Department within IT Deliver Sweden in Telia Global Services Lithuania.

Telia Global Services Lithuania is the competency hub for Telia Company, delivering products and services in IT, Analytics, Telecommunication Networks, Software Development, Sourcing (Procurement), HR, Finance Operations. With 550+ specialists, the hub is working with cutting-edge technology to ensure group digitalization agenda across Nordics and Baltics.

At the Integration Test Department, we are building the third Integration test team. This team is just starting its journey. Telia is implementing SAFE framework and the newly created Test team will be responsible for mainly testing the E2E flows of the Large Solution Train deliverables in the B2B area. This means testing E2E functionality of Telia target solutions which are needed to sell and provision products and services from small companies to big enterprises.

Right now, I am looking for a Quality assurance engineer in Vilnius.

Your next challenge?

If you would like to be part of building up a new team then this is the position for you. You will be working with End to End integration testing in our B2B target solution where you will have a lot of interactions both with people in Telia as well as with supplier teams around the world. Your focus will be to secure quality from our suppliers & different Telia development teams and make sure that separate pieces together brings value for the business and our customers. You will design, plan and execute End to End tests from Sales channels to Provisioning and Billing systems. You will be testing most of the services which Telia SE provides for our customers – from Mobile to Internet and from TV to other third-party services.

Who are you?
We are looking for people with QA mindset and leadership skills who are self-driven and focus to deliver. You are eager to learn and focused on team delivery for high quality solutions. Planning your day to day work from design to execute test cases and follow up on defects. Experienced in Agile testing and development as well as ability to work in a changing environment. You are driven by new challenges. Telia Test strategy is to “Shift Left”, so you are ready to dig deeper into the log files, IT architecture, solution design and move towards test automation where it is relevant.

Your experience:

• Test experience minimum 2 years
• Knowledge of Software Testing basics and basic software development lifecycle (ISTQB foundation or similar certificate is needed)
• Agile methods and tools
• From E2E integration test (chain testing) or system test in a complex IT environment
• On Test Management activities (planning, designing, controlling)
• Understanding of CI/CD & test automation (API testing, contract-based testing etc.)
• Work in cross border team
• Fluent in English

We offer a monthly base salary from 2400 to 3300 GROSS salary plus annual bonuses, depending on your competencies,
