Quality Assurance Lead

I am Sandra Nuhic and I am leading the Continuous Delivery and Validation unit (CDV) in Network Systems & Delivery unit (NSD) and I am super proud of every member of our team.

We are now looking for a Quality Assurance Lead to support us taking Telia Network engineering practices to the next level- to Continues Delivery capability. Our goal is to create an efficient DevOps environment and introduce the best practices for performing and automating the Quality assurance activities. We are creating Continuous delivery capabilities within all Networks domains (RAN, IMS, PC, IP Transport) in E2E network services validation perspective with focus on 5G introduction and rollout.

Your next challenge?

You act in the role of Quality Assurance Architect in SAFe, with the focus on Continuous Delivery - CI/CD pipeline and Automated Testing activities. You will also be responsible for identifying Testing related enablers to build the Architecture Runway (for testing). This includes Test Automation (Libraries), Test Environment Automation to secure that QA areas are meeting efficiency target in the new 5G future. We are providing Taas and Vaas for our B2B, B2C solutions as well.

You need to secure the prerequisites for Agile teams in order to implement shift to left principles defined in our QA strategy and advocate QA best practices across delivery. You work continuously with improvement of our QA process flow to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance all the way from vendor delivery to the customer.

You will work together with your QA leads colleagues and System teams to cover all Networks technology areas. Your first assignment with be in RAN area or IP transport network with focus on Hyperscale implementation.

You will report directly to Head of CD&V. You will also play a key role in the ongoing transformation towards the Common Operating Model @Telia and have a great opportunity to impact the way we do things at NSD.

Your experience:

• M.Sc. Degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience
• Senior level experience from integrations and Network Quality Assurance processes, methods & tools
• Software development experience and knowledge of test automation framework and tools supporting automation such as Robot and tools for performance testing
• Good knowledge in telecom industry operations and IT
• Development experience from some of the areas: vIMS, vEPC Volte, IP Transport Connectivity
• The advantage is if you have Experience in RAN technologies
• Good knowledge in Telco Could infrastructure as well as VNFs CNFs efficient on boarding procedures in Telco Could
• Experience in having in worked with Agile DevOps teams in a large project or ART
• Great track record of leading change
