QUALITY & COMPLIANCE AGENT (DANISH LANGUAGE)

About the job:
We are happy to announce, that our new client is establishing Business unit in Vilnius and is building up a team of Quality & Compliance specialists. This is a fantastic opportunity for people that have perfect skills in Danish language and are willing to gain expertise in Q&C area. The team in Vilnius will consist of 11 members, who will execute Q&C function across the Globe. This function is vital in maintaining company’s position as the top service provider in the market.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Investigate fraudulent patterns and handle them until fully resolved
  
• Participate in relevant quality activities in assigned market
  
• Help to build and align processes and procedures together with the Q&C Manager Europe and headquarters
  
• Help maintain compliance content used in the processes when communicating with community
  
• Be transparency ambassador helping to establish and maintain a successful working relationship between the Quality & Compliance Team and other units
  
• Obtain market’s Quality & Compliance expertise to help the team operate most efficiently, suggest areas for improvements.

Requirements
