Lead Problem Solving Analysis together with the core team and update procedure for necessary improvements.
And validate effectiveness of corrective/preventive actions thruogh data analysis;
Lead Jidoka implementation; analyze data for process improvements and update Jidoka procedure for necessary improvements;
Lead internal Process and Product releases through Line Audit (VDA6.3 Process Audit);
Review and update Control Plan, PFMEA, Standard Work and other relevant Quality documents;
Knowledge on Statistical Process Control, Measurement System Analysis, Traceability, Poka Yoke, 5S;
Maintain QA records and lead subordinates for personal development;
Doing Process and product improvements;
Handling Customer Audits and Customer complaints for improvement;
Enabling Change Management Processes;
Including PPAP and ISIR Process, Safelaunch in every New Product Launch;
Communication directly with Automotive Original Equipment Manufacturer, for New Product Launch, Customer complaints and Continuous improvement activities.
Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering;
Several years relevant experience as a Quality Engineer (Preferred: Automotive Industry);
Knowledge of Quality Management Tools (Problem Solving Analysis, APQP, PFMEA/Control Plan, Six Sigma);
Good English skills written and spoken;
