Lead and manage the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, EN 9100 and applicable aviation regulations.
Ensure compliance with aviation requirements, internal policies, customer requirements, and quality standards.
Plan, conduct and manage internal audits, while coordinating and supporting external audits performed by customers, certification bodies and regulatory authorities.
Manage non-conformance processes, ensuring effective root cause analysis, corrective actions and preventive measures.
Monitor and analyse quality KPIs, identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement quality improvements and embed best practices.
Support organisational change by effectively communicating quality requirements, building stakeholder engagement and promoting a culture of quality.
Promote a strong Health & Safety culture by supporting risk assessments, incident investigations and preventive actions.
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in a Quality Manager role within a highly regulated industry such as aviation, automotive, electronics, medical devices or similar.
Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems in accordance with ISO 9001 (experience with EN 9100 is considered a significant advantage)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, work with KPIs and implement process improvements.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and support change across the organisation.
Very good written and spoken English.
