Right now, we are looking for a Radio access network engineer for RAN operations in our CPS NSD NSA TRM RAN Networks FLEN team. I am Vaidotas Juodonis and I am leading our CPS NSD NSA TRM RAN Networks FLEN unit. We are a great bunch of people, and I am super proud of every member of our team.
Your next challenge?
The team Radio & Transmission Operations is responsible of high quality in the mobile radio networks in Sweden, Finland, Norway, Estonia and Lithuania. The team is a part of the customer support process.
The position is about to be responsible for the consisting mobile network elements including both supporting customers and establishing incident, problem, preventive and change process activities towards respective business units.

Troubleshoot Ericsson RAN networks in cross border organization according quality KPI’s statistics and critical, major, minor alarms
To act as a 2nd line in order to support field service
To act as a 3rd line for customer incidents
