• Recruitment plan development and execution;
  
• Responsibility for entire recruitment cycle: assessing, screening, interviewing candidates, and negotiating offers;
  
• Liaising with the hiring managers;
  
• Recruitment administration.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment in international environment;
  
• Proven communication skills;
  
• Fluency in English;
  
• Knowledge of recruitment management system would be an advantage;
  
• Education degree in HR Management, Psychology or any other related field would be an advantage.
